Meet the Fort Worth Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Fort Worth
We run a small crew in Fort Worth on purpose. Every technician who shows up at your door is someone the rest of us know by name, not a subcontractor we’ve never met. Marcus Deller, Owner, has built the team since 2015 around one simple test: would he trust this person in his own garage at 2 a.m.? The five people below pass that test every day. They’re background-checked, uniformed, and trained on all eight major brands we service, but what actually matters is how they treat the job in front of them. A written price before the work starts, a documented photo record when it’s done. That’s the standard, and these are the people who hold it.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus started Servo Garage Doors Fort Worth in 2015 after spending a decade on the repair side of the industry, mostly replacing torsion springs that other companies had misdiagnosed. He’s the one who wrote the rule that customers see the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. “If the spring measured at 0.225-inch and you show them the break, there’s nothing to argue about,” he says. Marcus still takes emergency calls on rotation and reviews the photo record from every completed job. When he’s not in the field, he’s usually on the phone with a customer who called the Free Second Opinion offer just to make sure they weren’t being overcharged. They usually weren’t, but they call anyway, and he answers.
Derek S., Lead Technician
Derek has been with Servo since 2017 and handles the technical diagnosis on most of the repair calls across Tarrant County. He’s the one who can hear a worn trolley carriage before the door even opens all the way and tell you whether it needs replacement or just adjustment. Derek is factory-trained on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems, and he keeps a headlamp and spare sensors in his truck at all times because too many Fort Worth garages have terrible overhead lighting. He once diagnosed a door that wouldn’t stay closed as a limit switch problem from thirty feet away. The customer thought it was the remote. Derek replaced the switch, tested it four times, and photographed the whole thing for the record.
Luis R., Senior Installer
Luis joined Servo in 2019 and leads the installation jobs for new doors and full replacements, from Clopay to Amarr to Wayne Dalton. He spent years doing residential framing before moving into garage doors, which is why his rough openings are always square and his track alignment is dead level. Luis handles the heavy sections and the spring tensioning, and he’s the first to say that tensioning a torsion spring is not a do-it-yourself job. The stored energy in a fully wound spring can release in an instant. He’s also the fastest tape measure on the crew, and he insists on a written measurement and a flat price before any door gets ordered. No surprises, no change orders unless the customer asks for something different.
Priya N., Service Coordinator
Priya is the voice you hear at (682) 297-6476, day or night. She has been answering the phones for Servo Fort Worth since 2020 and she knows the schedule, the parts inventory, and which technician is closest to Ridglea Hills or Saginaw at any given moment. Priya is the reason emergency calls get a named technician and an on-the-way text instead of a callback window. She keeps the photo records organized, files the warranty paperwork, and makes sure every customer gets their documentation before the technician leaves the driveway. Her favorite part of the job is calling back after a big installation to confirm the door opens smooth and quiet. She says people are usually surprised the company followed up at all. That surprise is exactly what we’re aiming for.
Calvin T., Apprentice Technician
Calvin joined the crew in 2023 after finishing trade school, and he works alongside Derek on repair calls and alongside Luis on installs. He’s learning the real diagnostic work: measuring wire diameter on torsion springs, testing the force settings on openers, checking the balance of a door by hand. Calvin carries the parts trays and the torque wrenches, and he’s already earned a reputation for cleaning the work area so thoroughly that customers mention it in their notes. He passes through a checklist on every truck before rolling out: springs, cables, sensors, hinges, rollers, and the camera. “The photo record doesn’t mean much if you forgot the camera,” he says. Fair point.
One Standard, Every Job

The five of us work in different roles, but the job runs on the same ten clauses no matter who shows up. Clause 1 means every customer gets a flat, written price and a written scope before any wrench turns. Clause 4 means the failed part gets photographed before a replacement is quoted, and the completed work gets photographed after. The documentation isn’t optional and it isn’t extra, it’s the record of what happened in your garage. When Derek finds a broken spring, you see the break. When Luis installs a new door, you get the photos and the written warranty before he leaves. When Priya books the call, you know who’s coming and when. That consistency is the whole point of being independently owned and operated under The Haven Standard. One phone number, one set of rules, one crew that answers.
